Part of our POWERstation Cloud web-hosted software suite, iQ Kiosk is our entry-level kiosk that quickly checks in arriving patient, whether a walk-in or for a scheduled appointment. With the optional built-in barcode reader, patients with driver's licenses don't even have to type their name; the software will "read" the barcode and can even automatically locate the patient's appointment in your practice management system in many cases.

If you have 10 or fewer physicians and mid-level providers then you are the ideal candidate for iQ Kiosk.

iQ Kiosk is a combination of on-premises hardware and cloud-based software that both drives the kiosk and intelligently manages patient wait queues with a color-code dashboard, room view, and statistical reporting. Our proprietary software will estimate patient wait time based on a variety of factors and predict patient flow.

You can even allow patients to wait elsewhere, such as the nearby Starbucks, and text message them when it's almost time to take them to the exam room.
