POWERstation Kiosk is a self-service patient registration solution that is designed to hasten the check-in process.
It seamlessly integrates with most popular Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, as well as
with the co-existing POWERstation solution that resides at the registration clerk’s desk. Creating a new PM or EMR
interface can usually be accomplished cost-effectively in a matter of days.
Easy to use and powerful
The easy-to-use interface allows a patient to walk up to the kiosk, easily and quickly identify themselves by typing
on the pressure-sensitive touchscreen or either swipe or scan their drivers’ license in the magnetic stripe reader or card
scanner.
The kiosk software is multi-lingual so practices with non-English speaking patients can accomodate them. All text-to-speech
voice prompts, screen prompts, and button labels are fully customizable by the practice for all languages. For the more
technically capable, the look and feel of the software can be customized by editing the graphics comprising the screen
backgrounds and buttons.
Because we are primarily a software vendor, we give you the option of buying our hardware or integrating with the hardware of
your choice. Our hardware comes pre-assembled and pre-configured with an integrated Windows-based PC. Just uncrate it and plug it into your
network. No matter which option you choose, we’ll install the software and customize the workflow to your specifications.

services are rendered. Patients just need to identify themselves, verify/edit demographics, electronically sign necessary
documents, confirm their insurance plan and pay the required co-payment and any balance due. All of this can be done rapidly by using only
the POWERstation Kiosk.

authentication. This helps you comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Red Flag Rules while
improving your protection against identity theft, insurance fraud, and inadvertant data entry errors.
